As the Duke Tour drew to a close In May, Genesis played threeincredible concerts at London Venues: The 5th at The Theatre Royal,Drury Lane; 6th and 7th at the Lyceum Ballroom. All three showswere recorded to 24 track audio tapes and the two Lyceum dates werefilmed by The BBC. This release features the first of those twoshows at the Lyceum Ballroom back in 1980. This means the concertcaptures Genesis in their latter incarnation, after the departureof Peter Gabriel and Steve Hackett. Coinciding with work on theAbacab album, this concert demonstrates the band´s development fromtheir prog-rock beginnings to the mainstream pop success that wasto quickly follow. Includes hits such as `Dancing With The MoonlitKnight, Follow You, Follow Me and I Know What I Like.
