Treekillazis an act made up by four friends from Biel in Switzerland back in1998. The mail influences for these four Swiss is easy to recognizeas they sound like a Seattle act. You can hear traces of Nirvana,Alice In Chains and Pearl Jam but the band lack some of Alice InChains dark atmosphere and Eddie Vedders mood. Instead they haveadded some melodic rock and pop influences. They made a cd demo andwere signed to N-gage records for their debut album Oxygently in2001. They were then offered a record deal with Warner Records butduring the recording of their second album the band leaves Warnerbecause they are not willing to follow the labels demand. Theirsecond disc Indiva appears in 2002 and their third album LeavingLast is recorded in Stockholm with Jocke Skog of Clawfinger. Their2008 cover album In Bed With Friends features amongst others ZakTell of Clawfinger and their 2010 album Season Of The Lonesome areproduced by former Coroner and Kreator guitarist Tommy Vetterli,who gives the album an extremely powerful sound.
