Required BankID authentication - Swedish users

As of spring 2023, BankID has become mandatory for all Swedish private accounts on Tradera.

Q: Why are you making this change? A: Due to upcoming changes in our payment service, we can no longer offer other verification options.

Q: What type of BankID do you recommend? A: We recommend Mobile BankID. BankID on file works for most banks at present, but it's not an option for all banks.

Q: I'm getting a message saying I need to verify my personal identification number? A: On some older accounts, we need to verify the personal identification number. Enter your personal identification number in the field that appears on Tradera and sign with BankID. If you have received this request, you have until March 31, 2023 to enter the information to continue using your account.

Q: How do I get BankID? A: It's easy to get BankID. Log in to your internet bank to learn more or contact your bank. Never perform a BankID verification at the request of someone who contacts you. Verify only when you initiate an action yourself. If you are unsure, make sure you are on www.tradera.com or contact customer service.
