PS4 PRO have sata 3 and will utilize SSDs up to 600mb/s, which is what Fanxiang is capable of (~550MB/S)
PlayStation Slim and OG PS4 have Sata 2 and utilize up to 300 mb/s. sata 3 drives will work but will be limited by a device controller, which is sata 2. SSD it’s much better then a factory low rpm seagate hard drive which is only capable of 100 - 150 mb/s max of read and write. So Fanxiang SSD is capable of 550 mb/s but with PS slim it will top at 300 mb/s. Still, pulling assets for this drive is much faster compare to HDDs mechanical nature.
