below text might not be correct and you might find it different when you receive.

opened one card and took photos 3-4-5 before touching anything else.
photo 6 is after i cleaned the paste.

the second card seal on the back is still on the screw. i did not open it because i assumed they both have same issue.

tried the card as in photo 6 without heatsink and fans also, the chip goes hot but still no signal on the screen.
no error on the onboard leds of the motherboard. see video in below link.

tried removing motherboard battery
not showing in device manager (checked with the integrated gpu)
fans look normal and rgb looks normal on both cards but can't be sure.

if you're not a repairman of these stuff, i don't recommend this gamble.
