If the item is damaged or we are the reason for the return, we are responsible for the return shipping.
If your package / shipment is not picked up on time, your package / shipment will be returned to us. We will then send you a message about how much new shipping will cost. If we have not heard from you within three weeks of receiving our notification, we will refund the amount for the goods and we will charge you SEK 150 for our costs. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
