Beautiful and highly collectible official STATUS QUO in-house sales award, presented by A&M Records in the U.S. The award measures approx. 22" x 23.5" (56 cm x 46 cm).

The plaque consist of off-white linen material displayed in a brown, stained wood frame. The dedication on the plate is engraved with an acid etched seal (not silk screened) and a mini-cover of the 'Piledriver' LP is mounted to the left, separately from the brass plate.

The golden record is a metal stamper, not a vinyl disc.

Typically between 5-25 awards were made for each certification. These awards were made exclusively by New York Frame & Picture Co.
