A new mysterious enemy has emerged two years after Commander Shepard repulsed the attack of the Reaper, who sought to destroy all organic life.

On the farthest sides of known space, in all silence, something captures people an entire colony at a time. To save humanity from the greatest danger of all time, Shepard must work with the unscrupulous Cerberus organization, which is dedicated to ensuring the survival of the human species without resorting to means.

In order to even attempt this dangerous mission, Shepard must assemble the most skilled group in the galaxy and command the most powerful ship ever built. Yet many believe it is a suicide mission. Commander Shepard is going to prove them wrong.
