Reluctant sale of my Winter Project 1980 KZ440 due to unforeseen imminent workshop closure. Has no paperwork, I have paid for dokuments from Riksarkivet that should arrive shortly. Bike is in perfect stage to be completed as a cafe racer to the new owners taste, the heavy lifting has already been done:

Engine has been stripped to split cases and fully rebuilt with new gaskets and oil seals. Pistons honed with new piston rings, valves lapped with new valve seals.

Carbs stripped and ultrasonically cleaned, reassembled with new diaphragms.

Frame stripped and repainted by hand with 3 coats of Hammerite.

Rear light cluster cleaned, repainted and reassembled with new bulbs and indicator lens'.

Spare parts to finish build included in sale. Only missing parts you'll need is a new battery and an indicator relay.

Genuine reason for sale, low price as it has to go asap. Happy to offer what help I can to the buyer even after the sale is concluded, this is a nice bike Ive spent many hours on and i'm sad to see it go before its running.
