Barbie doll with flamenco outfit and instruments-Mattel 1966 (Weight: 185g)

This item is a vintage Barbie doll in a flamenco outfit with instruments

The doll has Mattel INC. 1966 on the rear and was made in China which actually dates this doll circa 1980s/1990s

Barbie dolls produced during the 1960s and early 1970s were made in Japan and whilst Mattel didn’t change the year it was copyrighted, dolls produced after this year into the 80s and 90s still had 1966 as the date shown

However, those later produced dolls were made in Malaysia, China and Mexico and this doll was made in China

The doll comes with a guitar and castanets and is in very good condition overall

The doll measures 32cm x 13cm x 9cm (depth including hair)
