BlindGuardian Plays Beach Boys is a rare German promo release. Some ofthese went through the Circle Of The Bards club which was BlindGuardians official fan club, run by Kai Karczewski from his home inHamburg. The fan club members had already gotten a tape of snippetswith material from The Forgotten Tales album a month before therelease date. The Circle Of The Bards started to fell apart in 2003and on the 1st of May 2004 the band officially announced that thefan club was a thing of the past:

Hieverybody,
A lot of you have been complaining about our fanclub and the way itwas working (or not working) last year. We are absolutely aware ofthe situation and we are as unsatisfied as you are, butunfortunately we dont see a way to keep the Circle Of The Bardsrunning the way was in the past anymore. For that reason we came tothe conclusion to dissolve the fanclub. Thanks for yourunderstanding.
