Mos Generator formed during the Winterof 2000 in Port Orchard, Washington from the ashes of a decade-longon-again-off-again collaboration between it´s three members, all ofwhich are long time veterans of the road and studio. The need tostrip down to the basics of hard rock was apparent from the startand continues to be the foundation for the band´s recent material.Mos Generator´s 2018 album Shadowlands takes on many forms of metalfilled with various nuances that keep the music trending in anupward direction the entire play-through. The band plays a verylaid-back style of metal that practically qualifies as stonermetal, but again that´s just a product of the wide-ranging flavorswithin Shadowlands as there are more than enough hard rocksensibilities and groove jams that keep the music of Mos Generatorflowing and ever-fresh.
