Produced in the Soviet Union in 1991 by a small batch, timed to coincide with the meeting of the leaders of the two powers. This is a Vostok Commemorative Watch honoring the Helsinki Summit with Bush and Gorbachev -the Helsinki Summit was a private, bilateral meeting between American President George H. W. Bush and Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev that took place in Helsinki, Finland on September 9th, 1990.

Manual wind watch with a Wostok movement, caliber 2409A, 17 jewels, sweep second.

37mm round case with coin edge design bezel. It has a blue color dial with silver applied Arabic Numerals (12, 3, 6 and 9) and matching hands. The dial has the American and Soviet flags and their presidents respectively.
