What does "Account is deactivated by Tradera" mean on another member's account?

It can mean that the member has chosen to close the account themselves, has unpaid invoices, or that the account is temporarily deactivated/restricted for other reasons.

When the text is displayed in red, it may be because the member has violated Tradera's rules, received too many negative reviews, or because Tradera cannot verify the personal information on the account.

Tradera can never disclose information about why an account is deactivated, but we can always provide advice and recommendations on whether you should complete a transaction or not.
