The seller refuses to sell the item, what should I do?
A purchase is binding, and when you have won, the seller is obligated to sell the item to you. It is always best to contact the seller if something goes wrong; an open dialogue is often the way to a good solution.
If the problem persists against expectations, you can report an issue with the transaction under Your purchases. The seller will then receive a report, and if this behavior is repeated, the seller's account may be suspended.
How to report a problem with a purchase:
- Go to "Your purchases"
- Click on "More actions"
- Click on "Report problem with purchase"
