Now you can pay for purchases with Your wallet on Tradera

On 28/2 2024, we launched the option to pay with your wallet. This means that you can pay for your purchases with the remaining balance in your Tradera account. In connection with, we are also launching the option to switch to manual payment.

Q: Can I choose not to pay out the full amount when I choose to pay out manually? A: No, the full amount is paid out when you choose to initiate a payout

Q: Can I choose to pay part of the amount for the item with my balance and the rest with another payment method? A: No, as with other payment methods, the full amount must be paid through the balance.

Q: What happens if I don't have enough money on my balance, does the remaining amount end up as a debt? A: You can only pay if you have enough money in your balance to cover the entire cost of the purchase.

Q: What is required to access paying with balance? A: The only requirement is that you have enough money in your balance, but we recommend switching to manual withdrawal if you plan to use the feature as your balance will be locked when a withdrawal starts.

Q: Does this mean you will remove any other payment method? A: No, paying with a balance is a supplement to our other payment methods that are well suited for those who both buy and sell on Tradera

Q: Do I have to have a Swedish account to pay with a balance? A: Paying with balance will be available to all users on Tradera.
