Mid-century decanter that is also a music box!

Amber glass painted with gold splatter and a brass base and neck. The handle is black bakelite.
When you lift it up, it plays music and stops when you set it down.
The wind-up music box on the bottom plays "The Blue Danube Waltz" by Johann Strauss.
