Quite large oil painting by wellknown Danish painter, especially acknowledged for his images of the island Bornholm.Inclusive frame it measures 85x 90 cm. I very nice condition, may benefit from professional cleaning.
Please note the frame shows slight damage at the bottom part. There is a story to that. The house in the city of Rønne was bombarded during the second World war. This house was known as the house where the Dressmaker lived, in Støregade (the large street). The painting survived the bombing quite well apart from the mentioned damage.
