First half of 1900s. A hand-painted serving dish, dinner plate 28 cm. By Wheeling Decorating Company from West Virginia, an old American decoration company renowned for its rich decorations of porcelain (china) and pottery for companies worldwide.
Vintage original. Very well-preserved as for its age; looks excellent, with slight use traces, and a tiny imperfection on the underside (last photo), which is not visible on the front side.
