Item condition upon return

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have full right of cancellation, right of return or right of exchange within 14 days after you have received your order.

If the product is not complete when returned, or otherwise affected in a way that reduced the product's value, We reserve the right to make a price reduction or not accept the return. Note that returns are only accepted if the product is unused. This means that if the goods have decreased in value as a result of you handling them to a greater extent than was necessary, you may be liable for compensation for such a decrease in value.

Shipping is not refunded. When using the right of cancellation, you as the customer are responsible for the return postage, as well as the responsibility for getting back to us. We recommend sending trackable with Postnord or DHL. In the absence of a returned product, you as a customer must be responsible for the lost product (you pay the value of the product).

Have you paid for your order before you pay back the money, excluding any shipping costs. Payment is made within 30 days after we have received your return shipment.
