These 1986 coins were released to celebrate the thirteenth Commonwealth Games which opened in Edinburgh on 24 July 1986. The games were the second to be held in the Scottish capital and welcomed 1,660 athletes from 27 different countries. This nickel-brass £2 coin is one of 8,212,184 issued by The Royal Mint.
In good / extra fine, un-circulated condition.
