A lunatic runs around an apartment complex, apparently home only to attractive flight attendants with a tendency towards exhibitionism. While there, the lunatic tries to kill all the tenants with the contents of a toolbox. Based (probably quite loosely) on a true story.

After listening to a podcast about the toolbox murders serial killers by robots for eyes podcast, I went into this film thinking it was based off the true events of the real killers. Unfortunately not. However as a film by itself it is not bad. Starts off really gory and well made deaths. The middle segment of the film was a bit slow going but still good enough to keep you watching. The ending was a surprise if your not clever enough to work things out before hand. All in all its a good exploitive movie but not based on the real toolbox murderers.
