French painter from Auvergne and Bourbonnais, Emile Breysse lives and works essentially in Vichy in his studio where he exhibits regularly in the years 1920-1930. With landscapes borrowed from the banks of the Loire, the Auvergne or the rocky coasts of the ocean, he cultivates the enigma sometimes transforming his first name after having changed his name. This is how some of his paintings will be signed Harry Cower.
